Version 1.0 · Last updated July 10, 2026 · Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]

1. Who we are

The data controller for SupplyGrid is Jericho Supply Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as SupplyGrid, Austin, Texas. Questions and requests about this policy go to support@supplygrid.net.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: name, company, work email, password (stored as a hash), role (buyer or supplier), region, and profile details you add such as certifications and company history.
  • Waitlist entries: email, company, region, and sourcing needs you submit before launch.
  • Marketplace activity: listings, RFQs, bids, messages, reviews, watchlists, saved BOMs, and searches. Searches also feed aggregate demand statistics shown to suppliers without buyer identity.
  • Usage analytics: page views and general usage patterns via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; SupplyGrid does not receive or store card numbers.
  • Scheduling: if you book a demo, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you pick.
  • Email: messages you exchange with us are processed through Google Workspace.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace (accounts, listings, RFQs, bids, and reviews), to verify suppliers and maintain trust and standing signals, to prevent fraud, counterfeiting, and abuse, to provide support, to bill subscriptions, to understand usage so we can improve the product, and to meet legal obligations including export control and sanctions compliance.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Anonymous seller identities are not disclosed to other members except as described in the Member Agreement (acceptance of a bid reveals the seller to that bidder only).

5. Who we share it with

Sharing is limited to the processors we use to run the service:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage)
  • Vercel (hosting and cookieless web analytics)
  • Stripe (payments and billing)
  • Calendly (demo scheduling)
  • Google Workspace (business email)

Beyond these processors, we disclose information only when required by law or legal process, to enforce our agreements (including the Anti-Counterfeit Policy), or to protect the rights, safety, and property of SupplyGrid and its members. If SupplyGrid is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer with the business under this same policy.

6. Retention

Account and marketplace records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, dispute, and compliance obligations. Dispute and counterfeit-report records may be retained after account closure because they support the integrity of supplier standing. Waitlist entries are kept until launch onboarding completes or you ask us to remove them.

7. Your rights

You can access and correct your account information in Settings. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account by emailing support@supplygrid.net. We will act on requests within a reasonable time and may retain what the law requires or permits us to keep (Section 6). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor valid requests regardless of residence.

8. Cookies

SupplyGrid uses a minimal set of cookies: session cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless. Third-party pages you visit from SupplyGrid, such as Stripe checkout or Calendly booking, set their own cookies under their own policies.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated version number and effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the product or by email.
